jin shin do acupressure
Jin Shin Do means "way of the compassionate spirit". This type of acupressure is a combination of traditional Japanese acupressure techniques, classic Chinese acupressure theory, Reichian segmental theory, Taoist philosophy and Qigong exercises. Rather than working on a large scale of acupressure points it focuses in with a 45 point system along with basic energy work.
