Appointment Confirmation upon scheduling your 1st appointment at Urban Spa Chic we will need you to provide us with a valid email address to confirm/remind your scheduled appointment(s) 2 days prior to your spa services and as a courtesy reminder to arrive 15 minutes prior to any spa service. this will allow you time to fill out any consultation forms, use the restroom, relax and have a moment for yourself BEFORE your appointment time. if you are late for your service we will do our best to accommodate you however, it is not polite to inconvenience other guests.
cancellations
if you need to cancel, urban spa chic requires notice by 11AM the day prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% charge. no shows will be charged 100% of reserved appointments.
payment
we accept cash, check, visa and master card for spa services, gift certificates and product. gratuity is not required but greatly appreciated in reflection to how you enjoyed your service(s). envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience and are only accepted in the form of cash.
there will be a $20 fee for returned checks.
gift certificates
gift certificates are available for spa services, product or in any denomination. gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash or gratuity. certificates can be mailed to recipients.
sanitation
for your health all of our implements are disinfected and/or sanitize to the extreme utilizing spa phectant killing more germs and viruses than traditional cavicide including HIV, HBV, HCV and HAV and a UV sterilizer. our sheets, towels, robes and slippers are washed in clorox 2 or clorox bleach and with a mild detergent. our spa is also cleaned with clorox bleach where applicable.
attire
we provide the use of robes and slippers for your comfort level. spa panties are available during waxing appointments and body treatments if necessary
shower
we have a shower for you to use if necessary, to return to work or to refresh yourself before or after spa treatments.
food and beverage
the spa provides complimentary water and pure inventions green tea to all spa guests. in case hunger strikes, there is also a snack bar equiped with mixed nuts and trail mix.
little ones
children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the spa during peak days & times unless authorized by management. under no circumstance are children allowed when a parent is receiving a "spa treatment".
cell phones
please refrain from cell phone usage. guests are here to relax and do not need to be aware of others business.
valuables
urban spa chic is not responsible for lost or stolen items
